Step Up for Wildlife is a community-driven event that brings people together to support and protect our local wildlife. By taking steps, literally and figuratively, we raise awareness, fund critical rescue and rehabilitation efforts, and help ensure a safer future for the animals.

Step Up for Wildlife challenges participants to turn everyday movement into meaningful impact for local animals by reaching step goals and earning fun rewards along the way. Whether you are just getting started or ready to push your limits, there are levels for everyone, from an easy 5000 steps for a sticker or social media shoutout, to 10000 steps for a wristband or small wildlife themed prize, to 15000 steps for a T shirt or event entry. More advanced participants can aim for 20000 or 25000 steps to earn items like a hoodie, exclusive merchandise, or raffle entries, while our most dedicated supporters can take on 30000 steps or more for premium prizes such as VIP event access, behind the scenes tours, or sponsor recognition. Participants are welcome to purchase a pedometer through the event or bring their own device, making it easy for anyone to join and step up…
